Patrick J. Buchanon, one of the increasingly few conservative supporters of President Obama has enlightened us with his well-considered verdict about our president's proposed "surge" in Afghanistan: America is deepening her involvement in a war in its ninth year, with no end in sight. As a former advisory team leader in Vietnam, who had the honor of dodging quite a few "enemy" bullets and mortar rounds, I was glued to my television when "our" president made his startling announcement after he had promised those who had the foolishness to vote for him, that he would be somehow different, than the others, who have betrayed our great country.
It seems there are only lies, damned lies, and the worthless promises of politicians, and the voters who are foolishly trust these conniving politicians do not care one bit about our great country, or the welfare of our foolish and trusting citizenry, who actually believe the outrageous lies of our thieving politicians.

In all history, there is no instance of a country having benefited from prolonged warfare
"Only one who knows the disastrous effects of a long war can realize the supreme importance of rapidity in bringing it to a close." (Sun Tzu)
"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him for then it costs nothing to be a patriot." (Mark Twain)
Sun Tzu, who lived from 500 to 320 BC, wrote his sophisticated treatise on philosophy, logistics, espionage, strategy and tactics known as The Art of War. Those of our world's senior military men who have been successful in their dismal profession know this to be true.
Those who have ignored this ancient wisdom are called losers by the rest of our world.
President Obama: Please listen to this advice from these masters of ancient wisdom, and resolve to bring our war in Afghanistan to a speedy conclusion, before our great nation becomes totally bankrupt!

Obama identified as just another lying politician!!
In the year 2007, the now President Obama promised: (as now seen on UTube) "If you elect me as your president, my first task will be to take our troops out of Afghanistan." Check it out on today's Jeff Rense web site. Hurry, because they will probably take it off the web in order not to embarrass our new president, who now has evolved very much like our previous war criminal, when it has become so fashionable again.
As I recall, Adolf Hitler made similar promises, when he felt the need to appeal to the German voters!

IF PIGS COULD VOTE
If Pigs could vote, the man with the slop bucket would be elected swineherd every time, no matter how much slaughter he did on the side!

The West won the World not by the Superiorities of the Ideas or Values
or religion but rather by applying organized violence. Westerners often forget this fact. Non-Westerners NEVER do!
Please keep these inspired words by Samuel P. Huntington in mind, before you sign up to "kill some gooks" or whatever the struggling people of Afghanistan and Pakistan are now called by our men in uniform, before you decide to kill them with one of your rifles, artillery, or even a merciless "predator" plane flying over your battlefield!

An Afghanistan Timeline
July 3, 1979: President Carter signed a secret directive aiding opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul, calculated to induce a Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
Mid to Late 1980's: President Reagan authorizes the shipment of Stinger missiles via Pakistan to Afghanistan. This causes the full Soviet withdrawal in 1989. With our support, The Saudis import Osama bin Laden to lead the effort, and al Qaeda fights successfully to introduce the Taliban.
December 1991: Collapse of the Soviet Union, and the birth of the Caspian Sea nations of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
1993: US Oil Companies lust for the estimated 200 billion barrels of oil in the Caspian Sea area.
1995: US Oil Companies foam at their mouths for a pipeline across Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
August 13, 1996: Unocal and Delta Oil sign an agreement with Russia's Gazprom and Turkmenistan's "Turkmenrusgaz" to build a gas pipeline from Turkmenistan to Pakistan via Afghanistan.

The Young British (and American Soldier) on Afghanistan's Plains
When you're wounded and left on Afghanistan's plains,
And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Jest roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
An' go to your Gawd like a soldier.
Go, go, go like a soldier,
Go, go, go like a soldier,
Go, go, go like a soldier,
Soldier ~ of ~ the Queen!
A poem by Rudyard Kipling,
to guide us in our current foreign policy.
