The Federal Security Service has reported a "secret letter" sent to Prime Minister Putin by Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda contains a warning that United States President Barack Obama has issued an executive-level "kill order" against US Congressman Ron Paul over fears this charismatic politician, who many believe could capture the Republican Presidential 2012 nomination, is about to expose to all Americans what can only be described as the largest mass theft in human history. According to this report, Prime Minister Noda first became aware of this"kill order" after a private meeting with Obama at the ASEAN Summit meeting in Indonesia when the American President expressed his "unconstrained joy" over the toppling of the Greek and Italian governments in bloodless coups by EU bankers who installed to run these countries unelected former Goldman Sachs executives. Not known to many Americans is that the giant global investment firm Goldman Sachs put Obama into office by being its top donor and after winning the Presidency put so many of its former executives into the US government, it is known as the "Wall Street Cabinet." The reason for Goldman Sachs, and other top American and European bankers putting Obama into office, this report continues, was to loot the American taxpayers of an estimated $100 Trillion, nearly $30 Trillion of which went directly into the pockets of international bankers around the world and another $70 Trillion in lost home values, stock portfolios and pension funds. The main conduit of this massive theft was the US Federal Reserve System, which during the 2008 Financial Crisis secretly doled out, without the American peoples knowledge, over $16 Trillion to European banks and companies, and another nearly $8 Trillion in "secret loans" to the largest banks of the United States. Causing Obama and his banker allies to fear Ron Paul, this report continues, is the Congressman's ability to hold US Congressional hearings on the $8 Trillion in secret loans to the largest banks in America without the public's knowledge.

And this 'war' on the privacy and constitutional rights of the American citizen is commanded by global Zionist Jewry. This is because the NSA utilizes Israeli Intelligence-Mining Companies to provide the hardware,software, and expertise for up to 20 of its "espionage rooms" across America, in which a large share of its activities is devoted to domestic spying. You see, two of the Telecom giants contracted by the NSA, Verizon and AT&T, are underpinned in its espionage endeavors, via the FISA Amendment Act Of 2008, by two Israeli Intelligence Companies, Verint Systems and Narus. Former NSa official, William Binney explained to Democracy Today last week how NSA uses "Narus" internet devices to spy on our private emails: "Do you believe all emails the government has copies of in the United States?" "I believe they have most of them, Yes." "And you're speaking from a position where you would know, considering your position in the National Security Agency?" "All they would need to do is put various points along the network, at choke-points or convergent points, and they could basically have copies of most everything."    

Jewish World: European Jewish Group Fears Israel Backlash!

The Jewish Congress fears that an Israeli strike on Iranian nuke facilities will lead to 'dramatic increases of anti-Semitic, very violent attacks against Jews, if Israel attacks Iran to stop its nuclear development program. The US and its allies suspect that Iran is trying to develop a nuclear weapon, a charge that Tehran denies. Israel views a nuclear-armed Iran as a threat to its very existence, and claiming that time is running out, has repeatedly hinted that it is prepared to strike Iran's nuclear installations if necessary. Moshe Kantor, president of the European Jewish Congress, said he feared a minority of angry, extremist European Muslims who live in impoverished neighborhoods might use an Israeli attack as a pretext to hit local Jews, particularly in France and Great Britain. "If Israel attacks Iran, it will be a dramatic increase of anti-Semitic, very violent attacks against Jews," Kantor said. "And the vehicle for the realization of the attacks will be these enclave communities, where the level of hatred is very high and they are prepared to attack enemies inside their countries," he said. Israeli leaders have reacted with skepticism to the latest efforts by world powers to negotiate with Iran over its nuclear program. Israel's deputy foreign minister, Danny Ayalon, said Wednesday the talks may be an Iranian stalling tactic as it pushes forward with a weapons program. He cautioned against "falling into the trap of a good atmosphere" and urged the West to impose tougher economic sanctions on Iran immediately. Kantor, a Russian-Swiss businessman, said his group is prodding European governments to take more measures to protect Jewish communities.

At his rare public appearances, Gantz has taken a cautious approach to the issue, mentioning the military option, whose development and preparation he oversees, while leaving the door open to international negotiations with Iran. His language is far from the dramatic rhetoric of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and its usually free of the Holocaust comparisons of which Israeli politicians are so fond. Asked whether 2012 is also decisive for Iran, Gantz shies from the term. "Clearly, the more the Iranians progress, the worse the situation is. This is a critical year, but not necessarily 'go, no-go.' The problem doesn't necessarily stop on December 31, 2012. We're in a period when something must happen: Either Iran takes its nuclear program to a civilian footing only for the world, perhaps we too, will have to do something. We're closer to the end of the discussions than the middle."     

The Mainichi: What Can Japan Learn From its 1986 Disaster?

April 26 will mark the 26th anniversary of the worst case of nuclear contamination in history: The 1986 Chernobyl disaster. Since the meltdowns at the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant in March last year, the Japanese government has shown interest in decontamination and other projects around Chernobyl as a reference point for efforts to deal with its own nuclear disaster. However, in northern Ukraine, where the radioactive husks of the former Soviet power station lies, large-scale decontamination work has been abandoned as largely ineffective, and disaster refugees are no closer to going home. I am a little less than 10 kilometers from the Chernobyl nuclear plant, in a warehouse-like building with a long, narrow trough for waste water cut into the floor. This is where workers clad in protective suits scrub down vehicles and heavy machinery that have gone into high-radiation areas. The scrubbing is done by hand, until the radiation emissions from the truck or the bulldozer drops below 0.5 microsieverts per hour. Just after the 1986 disaster, in which one of the Chernobyl plant's reactors exploded, blowing off the reactor housing roof and spewing radioactive material into the air, Soviet authorities swung into a full-scale decontamination effort, including burying contaminated soil, and washing and then melting down contaminated machinery. However, in the 14 years between the disaster and the year 2000, when the last operating reactor at the plant was finally shut down, authorities apparently judged that there had been "little improvement" in soil conditions, and they decided to halt soil decontamination!

In actuality, Sustainable Development is not sustainable unless the population actually is reduced by the 85% called for by the globalists.  

Reuters: Israel Army Chief Says Iran Not Building Nuclear Bomb

Israel's military chief said he does not believe Iran will decide to produce an atom bomb, describing its leadership as "very rational" in an interview recently published. Lieutenant-General Benny Gantz's characterisation of Iran's rulers appeared to be at odds with Prime Minister  Benjamin Netanyahu's oft-stated warnings that Islamic leaders could opt to use nuclear weapons even at the risk of devastating retaliation. "Iran is moving step-by-step towards a point where it will be able to decide if it wants to make a nuclear bomb. It has not decided yet whether to go the extra mile," Gantz told the Haaretz daily. "In my opinion, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei will be making a huge mistake if he does that and I don't think he will want to go the extra mile," Gantz said. Israel, believed to have the Middle East's only nuclear arsenal, sees a nuclear armed Iran as an existential threat. Tehran denies seeking the bomb and says it is enriching uranium for peaceful purposes. Both Israel and the United States have declined to rule out military action against Iran should economic sanctions fail to curb its nuclear program, saying all options were on the table. Iran recalls diplomat over Brazil groping scandal. Leon Panetta scoffs at Iran's claim it is harvesting US drone for intelligence. Iran "disconnects oil terminal after hacking attack. US unveils Syria and Iran technology sanctions. "I think the Iranian leadership is comprised of very rational people," Gantz said. "But I agree that such a capability in the hands of Islamic fundamentalists, who at some moments may make different calculations, is a dangerous thing." In an interview with CNN, Netanyahu said he wouldn't want to bet "the security of the world on Iran's rational behavior".

As the company faces a lawsuit by residents, an assessment by a US oil spill consultancy casts doubt on Shell's estimate of the Nigerian leak. A Shell oil spill on the Niger delta was at least 60 times greater than the company reported at the time, according to unpublished documents obtained by Amnesty International. According to Shell, the 2008 spill from a faulty weld on a pipeline resulted in 1,640 barrels of oil being spilt into the creeks near the town of Bodo in Ogoniland. The figure was based on an assessment agreed at the time by the company, the government oil spill agency, the Nigerian oil regulator and a representative of the community. But a previously unpublished assessment, carried out by independent US oil spill consultancy firm Accufacts, suggests that a total of between 103,000 barrels and 311,000 barrels of oil flooded into the the Bodo creeks over the period of the leak. Accufacts arrived at the figure following analysis of video footage of the leak taken at the time by local people. This suggested that between one and three barrels of oil were leaking every minute. A similar method was used by spill assessors to gauge the scale of the BP Deepwater spill underwater in the gulf of Mexico in 2010. "The difference is staggering: Even using the lower end of the Accufacts estimate, the volume of oil spilt at Bodo was more than 60 times the volume Shell has repeatedly claimed leaked," said Audrey Gaughran, director of global issues at Amnesty International.

Fortunately, "The Tea Party Tribune" published the the Attorney's General memo, "A Report on Obama Administration Violations of Law" in full the same day it was released. It is nothing short of a flashing legal headline story,, yet cannot be found at the Washington Post or the New York Times. "Whether it is through the EPA, NLRB, Office of Surface Mining, FCC or other entities, the Obama Administration has aggressively used administrative agencies to implement policy objectives that cannot gain congressional approval and are outside of the law." An abbreviated list of broken laws includes: PPACA Individual Mandate, to be heard by Supreme Court of the United States in March. FCC: Regulation of the Internet in the face of a court order from Circuit Court of Appeals for Washington DC, stating that the FCC does not have power to regulate the internet.

Revelations from Columbia that up to 21Secret Service agents and military officers, including five Special Forces, were entertaining prostitutes in their hotel rooms overnight, while supposedly on security duty ahead of US President Obama's arrival for the Americas Summit last week, have resulted in swift retribution from superiors. As news of the "scandal" broke, all 21 American individuals were immediately recalled to US headquarters and had their security clearances cancelled. So far, three secret service agents are out of their jobs. One was fired, the other two are said to have "retired". In this US election year, more sackings or "retirements" can be expected soon as the White House tries to limit the political damage from the president's security detail, known as "jump teams", being seen to be more occupied with jumping on prostitutes than would-be assassins. "We demand that all of our employees adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards and are committed to a full review of this matter," the Secret Service said in a statement. Meanwhile, revelations from Afghanistan this week show yet more depraved behavior by US military in that war-torn country. In the latest scandal, photographs published by the Los Angeles Times depict US paratroopers gloating over dead Afghan militants by holding up limbs of their dismembered corpses.

Ron Paul: CISPA is the New SOPA!

Earlier this year, strong public opposition led by several prominent websites forced Congressional leaders to cancel votes on two bills known in Washington as "SOPA" and "PIPA". Both of these bills threaten search engines and websites with possible shutdowns if the Justice Department deemed them insufficiently cooperative with our phony "war on terror", or if they were merely accused of copyright infringement. Fortunately the American public flooded Capitol Hill with phone calls and Congressional leaders dropped both bills. But we should never underestimate the federal government's insatiable desire to control the internet. Statists of all parties, persuasions, and nationalities hate the free, unbridled flow of information, ideas, and goods via the internet. They resent the notion that ordinary people can communicate and trade across the world without government filters or approvals. So they continually seek to impose controls, always under the guise of fighting terrorism or protecting "intellectual property" rights. The latest assault on internet freedom is called the "Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act," or "CISPA," which may be considered by Congress this week. CISPA is essentially an internet monitoring bill that permits both the federal government and private companies to view your private online communications with no judicial oversight, provided, of course, that they do so in the name of "cyber-security." The bill is very broadly written, and allows the Department of Homeland Security to obtain large swaths of personal information contained in your emails or other online communication. It also allows emails and private information found online to be used for purposes far beyond any reasonable definition of fighting cyber-terrorism.

Zaid Jilani: Wal-Mart Paid $24 Million in Bribes to Mexican Officials!

A blockbuster New York Times story published this weekend details how the Mexican subsidiary of retail giant Wal-Mart paid $24 million in bribes to Mexican officials, and subsequently top Wal-Mart officials allegedly decided to cover up these offenses. The details of Wal-Mart's complicity in bribery are shocking, but there is one important element that the Times did not report. While Wal-Mart's largest subsidiary spent millions of dollars systematically bribing Mexican officials, the company back home has been working, through big business groups like the US Chamber of Commerce, to weaken the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), which renders it illegal for corporations to bribe officials in foreign countries. The Chamber of Commerce made a major push in late 2010 to severely curtail the power of the FPCA. One of the revisions the business lobby wanted was to limit a parent company's civil liability for the acts of a subsidiary. This lobbying also came shortly after it was revealed that the Chamber had been getting foreign funding from overseas corporations. In addition to being a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, Wal-Mart is also represented by the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). RILA has taken aim at the FCPA as well. The RILA and Chamber both held a "roundtable discussion" on parts of the FCPA that they'd like to see weakened just two weeks ago. To recap, this episode is an important anecdote about how corruption in America works today. First, a powerful corporation realizes that bribery is part of its business model in some parts of the world. Then, it tries to cover up aforementioned bribery.

Ellen Brown: How Goldman Sachs Captured Europe!

The Goldman Sachs coup that failed in America has nearly succeeded in Europe's permanent, irrevocable, unchallengeable bailout for the banks, underwritten by the taxpayers. In September 2008, Henry Paulson, former CEO of Goldman Sachs, managed to extort a $700 billion bank bailout from Congress. But to pull it off, he had to fall on his knees and threaten the collapse of the entire global financial system and the imposition of martial law, and the bailout was a one-time affair. Paulson's plea for a permanent permanent bailout fund "the Troubled Asset Relief Program or TARP" was opposed by Congress and ultimately rejected. By December 2011, European Central Bank president Mario Draghi, former vice president of Goldman Sachs Europe, was able to approve a 500 billion Euro bailout for European banks without asking anyone's permission. And in January 2012, a permanent rescue funding program called the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) was passed in the dead of night with barely even a mention in the press. The ESM imposes an open-ended debt on EU member governments, putting taxpayers on the hook for whatever the ESM's Eurocrat overseers demand. The bankers' coup has triumphed in Europe seemingly without a fight. The ESM is cheered by Eurozone governments, their creditors, and "the market" alike, because it means investors will keep buying sovereign debt. All is sacrificed to the demands of the creditors, because where else can the money be had to float the crippling debts of the Eurozone governments? There is another alternative to debt slavery to the banks. But first, a closer look at the nefarious underbelly of the ESM and Goldman's silent takeover of the ECB.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin believes that the main achievement of the Russian government is stabilization and the growth of the population in the country. "I believe that our main achievement is stabilization and the growth of the population of Russia. It exceeded 143 million people as of 2011. We did not let the crisis ruin the positive demographic trends," Putin stated during his annual report to the State Duma. According to him, the crisis became a colossal challenge, which was much larger and more dangerous than the crisis of 1998. "If we had failed to respond to it, we would have ruined our economy and the social sphere. We would've also cast doubts on the sovereignty and the geopolitical solvency of the country. We would've also buried all ideas of modernization and development," Putin stated. The head of the government and President-elect thanked Russian citizens for their "stamina, patience and confidence." Russia has managed to pass the test owing to "everyone's responsibility, social partnership and civil solidarity," he said. Vladimir Putin also said that in the beginning of the current year, Russia's GDP exceeded the pre-crisis level," the prime minister said. As of 2011, the GDP made up 41 trillion 421 billion rubles. Somewhere between downtown Utsunomiya in Tochigi Prefecture, and the village of Ogisu, an hour's drive to the northeast, Dr. Tatsuhiro Ohkubo pulls over to buy a box of sakura mochi. Back on the road, he passes one of the bright-pink rice cakes to the back seat for Dr. Sergiy Zibtsev, who is visiting Japan for the first time. His tall frame folded grasshopper-fashion into the small car, the Ukrainian forest ecologist bites into the salted cherry leaf wrapped around the rice cake. "Mm," he says. "What speciies is this?" Ohkubo doesn't miss a beat. "Prunus speciosa," he says. Ohkubo, 53, also a forest ecologist, can match Zibtsev thrust for thrust in Latin-laced banter. Despite the light mood, however, the pair's mission on this late March morning is somber. They're on their way to visit an organic farmer whose forests have been contaminated by radioactive fallout from the ongoing crisis at the Fukushima No.1 nuclear power plant about 100 km to the northeast. Some 70 percent of Fukushima, and a similar portion of neighboring prefectures, is covered in forests. Managing the aftermath of the recent nuclear disaster is therefore largely a question of managing contaminated forests, but almost no one in Japan knows how to do that. Fifty-year-old Zibtsev, a professor at the at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences in Kiev, does. He has been studying forests contaminated by the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster on and off for 19 years. Ohkubo, who teaches at Utsunomiya University, has been doing the same, in Japan, for just one year. The two met in 2005 at Yale University's famed School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, where Zibtsev was a Fulbright scholar and Ohkubo a visiting associate professor.

Rather, they are the headquarters of Combined Systems, Inc. one of the largest manufacturers and international suppliers of teargas, stun grenades and other "non-lethal" crowd control devices in the world. Israel, or more accurately, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), is their most frequent client, and Combined Systems' relationship with the IDF is an emblem of a global system that binds together US weapons companies, repressive governments and taxpayer money. Here's how this system generally works: A foreign government requests a cerain amount of military assistance from the United States government. If the US government chooses to accept this request, Congress appropriates the amount into the budget, and once the budget is passed, the recipient can use the money to purchase weapons from US manufacturers. Israel is a case in point. The United States has given foreign aid to Israel since 1949. In the beginning it was only used for economic development. It wasn't until 1959 that the United States began a modest military loan program to Israel. By 1962, this money was used to fund the purchase of US weaponry, forming the foundation of the relationship between the US government and Israeli military. Due to an Israeli economic crisis during the 1980s, military loans to Israel were eliminated and replaced with grants.

Do the youth in Russia protesting understand exactly how free they are compared with the American's slandering them? Consider the facts: Six Corporations control the American press (Walt Disney,General Electric, New Corporation, Viacom, CBS, and Time Warner), whether in print, or on the television. They even used the frequently derogatory term "bloggers" to refer to free publications that do not follow their talking points. In covering the protests in Russia, the supposedly freest press in the world even saw many programs using falls footage, such as those from riots taking place in the European Union, and mimicking those of the Occupy and Tea Party movements happening coast to coast in America. If you think you can say anything you want if you are an American citizen who had been recording tapes and CDs denouncing America's policies as immoral and oppressive. Frequently in the last several decades children have had to rely on parents taking schools to court to avail themselves of the right to pray. Churches and Mosques are frequently having to show up in court to preserve their rights to call people to prayer, ring bells, or even maintain a cross that happens to be visible from a public highway. Americans pay almost 50% of their income in taxes, and work the longest hours of any country in the world. While Americans insist their tax burden is low, once one tallies the taxes on products, housing, transportation, and hidden taxes employers must pay on behalf of employees, Americans work 6 months of the year, before they see any profit for their labor. The average American has 2 weeks of paid vacation, and 3 personal or sick days for unexpected absence at work. Many are so afraid of becoming unemployed they do not avail themselves even of these!

Pravda: Former CIA Agent Claims Americans Did Not Killbin Laden

Obama bin Laden died a natural death nearly 5 years before it was announced that he was eliminated by the American commandos. This sensational statement was made by a Turkish politician, and a former US intelligent agent. In an interview with Russia's Channel One, he said that the Americans simply found and opened the tomb of the leader of al-Qaeda. The journalists of Channel One first met this man in 2008. At the time he was featured in the documentary "Plan Caucasus," talking about the attempts of the western intelligence services in the early 1990's to separate the Northern Caucasus and, in particular, Chechnya from Russia. Chechen by nationality, Berkan Yashar is now a Turkish politician, but in those years he was one of the ideologists of Johar Dudayev. He asked for a meeting, promising to tell the truth about the death of Osama bin Laden whom he met in the early 90-ies in Chechnya. "In September of 1992 I was in Chechnya, that's when I first met the man whose name was Bin Laden. This meeting took place in a two-story house in the city of Grozny. On the top floor was a family of Gamsakhurdia, the Georgian president, who then was kicked out of his country. We met on the bottom floor. Obama lived in the same building," said Berkan Yashar. Berkan said he did not know why bin Laden visited while in Grozny, and said only one thing about his meetings. "Just wanted to talk."However, according to Channel One, in those years the former employee of Radio Liberty Berkan Ysashar already had an operational name Abubakar, given him by the CIA.
