Former New York City Mayor Ed Koch dies at 88. Koch often wrote in defense of Israel and, also, against the AIPAC definition of anti Semitism. He was a contributor to Newsmax, a conservative magazine. He also appeared in the documentary FahrenHype 9/11, defending President Bush and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and blasting Michael Moore. Koch was quoted in the film, saying of Moore's film, Fahrenheit 9/11, "It's not a documentary, it's a lie." His brashness and thumbs up confidence, and "How'm I doing?" greeting became symbols of Gotham chutzpah, over his three terms at the city's helm, and while New Yorkers did not always answer Hizzoner's trademark question in the affirmative, Koch couldn't have cared less, as he tried to govern a city that many thought was ungovernable. He finally left City Hall in 1989. "I'm the sort of person who will never get ulcers," he told reporters in 1978. "Why? Because I say exactly what I think. I'm the sort of person who might give other people ulcers." Reverend Al Sharpton, who locked horns through his time as mayor, praised the man he criticized as forthright in a statement on his passing. "He would not patronize or deceive you," said Sharpton, an MSNBC host, remembering that his first arrest for civil disobedience was at a 1978 sit in protesting a Koch policy. He said what he meant. He meant what he said. He fought for what he believed in." Born in the Bronx in 1924, Koch and his family soon decamped to Newark, New Jersey, where he spent his childhood. After graduating from high school at the age of 16, Koch returned to the city he loved, and enrolled at the City College of New York, but his undergraduate studies were interrupted by World War II, when he was drafted in 1943. After serving as an infantryman in Europe, Koch enrolled at New York University Law School. He built up a law practice, before he entered politics, to support Adlai Stevenson's presidential campaign in 1952. Koch's own political career began in earnest in the early 1960s, organizing for the Democratic party in Greenwich Village on Manhattan's west side, In 1963, he ousted Tammany Hall chief Carmine DeSapio, winning a post as a district leader. From 1969 to 1977, Koch served as a congressman representing New York's 17th Congressional District. He mounted an unlikely run for mayor in 1977, ultimately defeating better known candidates, including incumbent Abraham Beame, and congress woman Bella Abzug.
"The final straw, as it were, has been set in motion in Azerbaijan. Their government, once in agreement with Iran over Caspian oil finds, now is taking direction from Israel. This may well cause the world war, that carefully engineered interference in Syria and Mali are only building up to." Intelligence reports from across the world are pointing to only one face, no longer simply a "mosaic" or "connected dots." Israel is using a series of surrogates, the US, Britain, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Al Qaeda, Boko Harum, UNITA, and groups within the US, AIPAC, the ADL, police organizations, all aligned with organized crime, drug and human trafficking, and gambling interests in Las Vegas, and Macao. Activities are being traced to Azerbaijan, Syria, Mali, Egypt, Algeria, Yemen, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Niger, Nigeria, Uganda, Southern Sudan, Kenya and especially the United States. Each region is being subjected to systematic destabilization, political interference, terrorism, arms trafficking and espionage. A war is being engineered, too many plays have been put in motion, the direction is now absolutely clear, and the case can be laid out. The "final straw," as it were, has been set in motion in Azerbaijan. Their government, once in agreement with Iran over Caspian oil finds, now is taking direction from Israel. This may well cause the world war, that carefully engineered interference in Syria and Mali are only building up to. Sources in Azerbaijan confirm that Israel has been at the heart of manipulating false stories about Iran's nuclear program to push through sanctions, sanctions meant to choke off oil and gas development in Iran, something publicly confirmed by Azeri press releases. British Petroleum and Israeli Partners control Azerbaijan, not just oil, and are planning moves against Iranian fields, seizure, slant drilling, all backed by a scenario identical to the one used to cause the first war against Iraq, when President Bush personally advised Saddam to move into Kuwait. Congressman Ron Paul, in 2011, read the documentary proof into the Congressional Record, when the cable cited below was found in a Wiki-leaks dump. Iran is to be strangled, looted, threatened by drones, suffer continual terror attacks, until it strikes back in defense,at which time Azerbaijan will run screaming to the United Nations, claiming "babies are being taken from incubators," the ploy used to start the genocide against Iraq.
"If a mandarinate ruled America, the recruiting committee on September 11 would have to find someone like Cheney." Washington Post author Barton Gellman in his book "Angler: The Cheney Vice Presidency." Terrorism, Emergency plans. Political careers. The history of 9/11 can be written from many angles. But whatever point of view is chosen, Dick Cheney is a central figure. "Principle is okay up to a certain point", he once said, "but principle doesn't do any good, if you lose the nomination", He's surely an elusive character. Not less than Donald Rumsfeld, his close companion. Both of their lives are inseperably bound with a dark side of recent American history. The core of the following story was originally told by the authors James Mann and Peter Dale Scott, whose thorough research is deeply appreciated. Yet a lot of background information was added. Thus a bigger picture slowly took shape, showing a plan and its actors: Cheney and Rumsfeld were an old team. Major parts of their careers they had spent together. Both had no privileged family background. Cheney's father worked as an employee for the department of agriculture, Rumsfeld's father had a job in a real estate company. The families' living conditions were modest. Both sons could go to university only with the backing of scholarships. Rumsfeld, born 1932, chose political science. He was a rather small and sturdy person, but with energetic charisma. While at university, he engaged in sport,, and was known as a successful ringer. Later Rumsfeld went to the Navy to become a pilot. The Navy had paid a part of his scholarship. At the end of the 1950s, he eventually started his career in politics as assistant of a congressman. Meanwhile, father of a young family, and following a short intermezzo at an investment bank, Rumsfeld himself ran for Congress, only at the age of 29. The prospects in his Chicago home district were unfavorable. He was inexperienced and almost without any voter base, compared to the other candidates. But the dynamic and ambitious Rumsfeld impressed some of Chicago's business leaders, such as the boss of pharma heavyweight Searle. They paid for his campaign. With this economic power in his back, also one of Chicago's newspapers supported him. Rumsfeld won the election in 1962, and went to Washington as a republican representative.
Sandy Hook poses so many uncertainties, and even contradictions, that it should come as no surprise that virtually every aspects of whatever happened, is being subjected to the most minute scrutiny. I have now published multiple articles about it here at Veterans Today, including "Sandy Hook: Huge Hoax and anti Gun 'Psy Op' where others, such as historian of science and expert on 7/7, Nicholas Kollerstrom, have addressed the parallels between those events. On one web site, I have even been asked by a serious but skeptical reader, whether it is even possible that none of the children were actually killed. The question is not as unwarranted as most of the public might believe. If this had been a real shooting of children, there would have been a sense of panic and hysteria. EMTs would have rushed into the school building. The children would have been rushed out on stretchers, and into ambulances, and other vehicles, and rushed to a hospital for doctors to treat them, and formally pronounce the death of those who had been killed. Nothing remotely like this happened. The police cordoned off everyone from the school. No one was allowed to see the bodies. They were transported in the dead of night. It was simply bizarre beyond belief. A resourceful student has turned up visual evidence that Sandy Hook was not even an operating school, which, if she is right, discloses the stunning enormity of the hoax: These considerations already indicate that Sandy Hook was a fabricated or staged event. I wish it were not the case, but that conclusion is reinforced by multiple peculiarities about photographs and other matters, extending to conflicting reports about whether the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, was a student at the school or not. Whether his mother was a teacher there or not. Police radio reports in real time, of two 'perps' heading toward the reporting officer, one of whom was apprehended, the other fled into the woods, and was tracked in helicopter footage. Concern that this is an elaborate "psy op" to create hysteria in the hearts of the American people, and bring about a stampede of public support for the confiscation of every semi automatic weapon in the country, as Senator Diane Feinstein's bill would impose, are open to serious question, in light of the discovery that,in the Social Security Death Index, Adam Lanza is reported to have died on the 13th, the day before the "massacre": After all, if Adam died the day before, he cannot have slaughtered those 20 children and six adults, seven, including his mother, on the following day. And the matter has been compounded by the rediscovery that all three of the major networks, ABC, NBC and CBS reported that his body has been found, accompanied by hand guns, while the alleged assault rifle was left in the car!
After TD Managing Editor Nick Turse appeared on Fresh Air Monday, his new book on the Vietnam War, Kill Anything that Moves: The Real American War in Vietnam, rose to #48 at Amazon. Congrats, Nick! Our offer of a signed, personalized copy of the book in return for a $100 donation to this site has had a remarkable and heartening response. We can't thank those of you who contributed enough! The offer remains open. Just check it out at our donation page. If you want to know more about the book itself, make sure to read Jonathan Shell's "How Did the Gates of Hell Open in Vietnam?" Think of it as the Great Obama Shuffle. When UN ambassador Susan Rice went down in flames as the president's nominee for secretary of state, he turned to ally, former presidential candidate and chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee John Kerry, who had essentially been traveling the world as a second secretary of state during Obama's first term. Next, he nominated his counter-terrorism "tsar" and right hand man in the White House-directed drone wars to be the next head of the CIA, which dominates those drone wars. Then, he picked White House chief of staff, and former Citigroup executive Jack Lew, to head the Treasury Department. Meanwhile, he tapped his key foreign policy adviser and West Wing aide, Denis Mc Donuough to replace Lew as chief of staff. He also renominated Richard Cordray, whose recess appointment as director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was recently endangered by a federal appeals court, to the same position, and picked B Todd Jones, the acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, as the man to reinvigorate that agency. Otherwise, Tom Donilon will remain his national security adviser, and James Clapper, his director of national intelligence, So it goes in Obama's Washington, where new faces and fresh air are evidently not an operative concept. In such an atmosphere, the nomination of retired Republican Senator Chuck Hagel, the co chairman of the president's Intelligence Advisory Board, as secretary of defense was the equivalent of a thunderbolt from the blue. Republicans, in particular, reacted as if the president had just picked Noam Chomsky to run the Pentagon, as if, that is, Hagel were the outsider's outsider.
Containing China by fighting Al Qaeda. Harnessing Asia's growth and dynamism is central to American economic and strategic interests. Hillary Clinton. Frances military intervention into Mali may at first glance appear to have little to do with the US pivot to Asia. But as a French mission supposedly meant to bolster a UN sanctioned and African led intervention has gone from a question of weeks to the total re conquest of Mali, what may have begun as a French affair, has now become a Western intervention, and this in turn has drawn wider strategic interests into the conflict. Strategic interests, it is becoming clearer, shaped by the imperatives of the US Asia pivot. Widening Intervention: The geopolitical posturing over the crisis in Mali, coming as France's intervention fans out across the region, is no more evident, than in the public statements coming from both London and Washington. As British Prime Minister David Cameron declared, the crisis in Mali will require a response that is about years, even decades, rather than months. Backing up such bluster, Britain has reportedly joined France in dispatching special commando teams to Mali, in addition to surveillance drones. In Washington, the talk of a long war to be waged across the entire Sahel region of Africa has also begun. As one US official, speaking on the Western intervention into Mali warned Monday, it is going to take a long time, and time means that it could take several years. Such remarks mirror those made by the outgoing US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: This is going to be a very serious, ongoing threat, because if you look at the size of northern Mali, if you look at the topography, its not only desert, it's caves, Clinton remarked. Sounds reminiscent. We are in for a struggle, but it is a necessary struggle. We cannot permit northern Mali to become a safe haven. According to the Los Angeles Times, the safe haven refrain is also pulsating through the corridors of the Pentagon. Some top Pentagon officials and military officers warn, that without more aggressive US action, the Times reports, Mali could become a haven for extremists, akin to Afghanistan before the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. As the American public is prepped for the opening of a new front in the unending war on terror, US intervention accelerates. As the Washington Post reports, the US is now offering aerial refueling to French warplanes, along with planes to transport soldiers from other African nations.
The UK Jewish Lobby is in a state of panic - the Holocaust Memorial Day boomerangs. If anything, it turns the floodlight on the deeply problematic inclinations, that are sadly inherent to Jewish political culture and collectivism. Last weekend it became clear, that in the light of crimes that are committed by the Jewish State, in the names of the Jewish people, many Brits find it somehow difficult to genuinely empathize with Jewish suffering. If anything, it is the other way around, more and more people expect the Jews and their State to become more empathic. The day before Holocaust Memorial Day, MP David Ward expressed his dismay with the lack of Jewish empathy. He wrote on his blog: "I am saddened that the Jews, who suffered unbelievable levels of persecution during the Holocaust, could within a few years of liberation from the death camps, be inflicting atrocities on Palestinians in the new State of Israel, and continue to do so on a daily basis in the West Bank and Gaza." MP Ward had to issue an immediate apology, following some relentless pressure mounted by the 'non existent' Jewish Lobby. In short, MP Ward and the British public were also privileged to examine the 'imaginary' Lobby performing one of its power pirouettes, bringing an elected British politician on his knees. On Holocaust Memorial Day, another shred of truth made it into The Times, a cartoon, by Gerald Scarfe, depicting Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu building a brick wall, containing the blood and limbs of Palestinians, just as Britain was preparing to commemorate the Shoa. The notorious ultra Zionist Board of Deputies of British Jews was 'outraged'. It insisted that the cartoon was "shockingly reminiscent of the blood libel imagery more usually found in parts of the virulently anti Semitic Arab press." Obviously it isn't The cartoon doesn't refer to 'the Jews' or 'The Jew', it actually points at a specific brutal person, who happens to be a war criminal, as well as the Israeli PM. Moreover, the cartoon depicts the true reality of the Palestinians. I guess that the Board of Deputies must be convinced that Israel and its politicians are beyond criticism, exactly what you would expect from a Jewish supremacist organization. As if this wasn't enough, also on the Holocaust Memorial Day, The Independent reported that the Jewish State gave birth control to Ethiopian Jews without their consent. Israel isn't just racist toward the Goyim, it is obviously White supremacist to the bone, and discriminatory toward Black Jews. In the context of the Holocaust Memorial Day, the verdict is clear, the Israelis learned something in Auschwitz, but apparently not the most obvious ethical lesson!
"Some people think that the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions. They are private monopolies, which prey upon the people of these United States, for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers, foreign and domestic speculators and swindlers, and rich and predatory money lenders." The Honorable Louis McFadden, Chairman of the House Banking and Currency Committee in the 1930s. The Federal Reserve, or Fed, has assumed sweeping new powers in the last year. In an unprecedented move in March 2008, the New York Fed advanced the funds for JP Morgan Chase Bank to buy investment bank Bear Stearn's for pennies on the dollar. The deal was particularly controversial because Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan, sits on the board of the New York Fed, and participated in the secret weekend negotiations. In September 2008, the Federal Reserve did something even more unprecedented, when it bought the world's largest insurance company. The Fed announced on September 16, that it was giving an $85 billion loan to American International Group (AIG) for a nearly 80% stake in the mega insurer. The Associated Press called it a "government takeover," but this was no ordinary nationalization. Unlike the US Treasury, which took over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac the week before, the Fed is not a government owned agency. Also unprecedented was the way the deal was funded. The Associated Press reported: "The Treasury Department, for the first time in its history, said it would begin selling bonds for the Federal Reserve in an effort to help the central bank deal with its unprecedented borrowing needs." This is extraordinary. Why is the Treasury issuing US government bonds, or debt to fund the Fed, which is itself supposedly "the lender of last resort", created to fund the banks and the federal government? Yahoo Finance reported on September 17: "The Treasury is setting up a temporary financing program at the Feds request. The program will auction Treasury bills to raise cash for the Feds use. The initiative aims to help the Fed manage its balance sheet, following its efforts to enhance its liquidity facilities over the previous few quarters."
police into a paramilitary force. The national security state has an annual budget of around $1 trillion. Of that huge pile of money, large amounts go to private companies the federal government awards contracts to. Some, like Lockheed Martin or Boeing, are household names, but many of the contractors fly just under the public's radar. What follows, are three companies you should know about, because some of them can learn a lot about you with their spy technologies. L3 Communications: L3 is everywhere. Those night vision goggles the JSOC team in Zero Dark Thirty uses? That's L3. The new machines that are replacing the naked scanners at the airport? That's L3. Torture at Abu Graib? A former subsidiary of L3 was recently ordered to pay $5.28 million to 71 Iraqis who had been held in the awful prison. Oh, and drones? L3 is on it. Reprieve, a UK based human rights organization, earlier this month wrote on its Web site: "L-3 Communications is one of the main subcontractors involved with production of the US's lethal Predator, since the inception of the program. Predators are used by the CIA to kill 'suspected militants' and terrorize entire populations in Pakistan and Yemen. Drone strikes have escalated under the Obama administration and 2013 has already seen six strikes in the two countries." Unsurprisingly, L3 Communications is well connected beyond the national security community. Its chief financial officer recently spoke at Goldman Sachs, at what the financial titan hilariously refers to as a "fireside chat."L3 also supplies local law enforcement with its night vision products, and makes a license plate recognition (LPR) device, a machine with disturbing implications. LPR can be mounted on cop cruisers, or statically positioned at busy intersections, and can run potentially thousands of license plates through law enforcement databases in a matter of hours. In some parts of the country, LPR readers can track your location for miles. As the Wall Street Journal noted, surveillance of even "mundane" activities of people not accused of any crime, is now "the default rather than the exception."
Target of invasion? At the International Criminal Court, the so called Hague Invasion Act, passed by the US Congress in 2002, is seen as a 'bizarre symbol.' In 2002, Congress passed a law enabling United States forces to unilaterally storm into peaceful Holland, to liberate American soldiers held for war crimes. Coming in the early days of the war on terrorists, and as the International Criminal Court was being formed here, the measure provoked controversy, and seemed to the Dutch, stout US allies, an absurd example of America's "with us or against us" foreign policy. The law is still on the books. Formally titled the American Service Members Protection Act, the measure is widely and derisively known here as the Invasion of The Hague Act. Odd as it may seem, the law allows the US to constitutionally send jack booted commandos to fly over fields of innocent tulips, swoop into the land of wooden shoes, tread past threatening windmills and sleepy milk cows into the Dutch capital, into a city synonymous with international law, and pry loose any US troops. Today, the Dutch mostly treat the issue as a joke, a cowboy American moment, but it is widely felt, that if President Obama's foreign policy team wants to achieve a symbolic break with the previous White House, it could rescind the invasion law. As a Dutch Ministry of Justice official put it, "I wouldn't overstate how seriously we take this any more, but it does seem a bizarre symbol." 'Invasion Act' had little legal basis. In 2002, Dutch diplomat Harold DeWitt wrote to his colleagues: "We are quite alarmed to hear about the impending invasion of the Netherlands. Our military is on high alert. We would really value you forwarding any news, and relevant information as soon as it comes to your attention and, in particular, as it regards the timing. I would like to be able to notify my superiors prior to any invasion. The act was passed in the time between the Afghan and Iraqi wars. Pentagon officials wanted to avoid war crimes arrests by an untested world court, a body they feared might make anti American political statements, rather than stick to its legal knitting. In retrospect, jurists say, US officials over read the power of the court. Under basic ICC rules called "complementary," the ICC is powerless to prosecute war crimes the US is willing to investigate.
Crimes Against Humanity committed by Barack H. Obama: This is a list of names of innocent children killed by America's drones, but behind each name there is the face of a child, with a family history in a village in a far away country, with a mom and a dad, with brothers and sisters and friends. Among the list, are infants of 1, 2, 3 and 4 years old. In some cases brothers and sisters of an entire family are killed. Four sisters of the Ali Mohammed Nasser family in Yemen were killed. Afrah was 9 years old, when she and her three young sisters Zayda, 7 years old, Hoda, 5 years old, and Sheika, 4 years old, were struck by an American drone. Ibrahim, a 13 year old boy of the Abdullah Mokbel Salem Louqye family in Yemen was struck by a US drone, together with his younger brother Asmaa 9 years old, and two younger sisters, Salma, 4 years old, and Fatima, 3 years old. These children are innocent. They are not different from our own children. Their lives were taken away at a very young age, as part of a military agenda, which claims to be combating "international terrorism". These drone attacks are extremely precise. We are not dealing with "collateral damage". Drone operators have the ability of viewing from a computer screen there targets well in advance of a strike. A family home is referred to as a "structure" or a "building" rather than a house. When they target a home with family members, they kill children, and they know that in advance of the drone strike: "Bryant saw a flash on the screen, the explosion. Parts of the building collapsed. The child had disappeared. Bryant had a sick feeling in his stomach. "Did we just kill a kid?" he asked the man sitting next to him. "Yeah, I guess that was a kid," the pilot replied. "Was that a kid?" they wrote into a chat window on the monitor." The Woes of an American Drone Operator, Spiegel.de December 14, 2012. These children were killed on the orders of the US President and Commander in Chief Barack H. Obama. The commander in chief sets the military agenda, and authorizes these killings to proceed. The killings were quite deliberate. They are categorized as "crimes against humanity" under international law. Those who ordered these drone killings, including the president of the United States, are war criminals under international law, and must be indicted and prosecuted. It should be noted that the drone attacks on civilians have increased dramatically during the Obama presidency.
Gun control is a hot topic right now. As usual, Cointelpro is in full force, trying to control and define the debate within the narrowest possible field, limiting the questions people ask, and presenting loud and obnoxious pundits, who are supposed to represent "the people." We doubt the people are this mentally backwards. Gun and weapon control has a long and illustrious history. It has never led to any tangible results. Murders are just as prevalent, if not more, than at any other time in history, rates of murders and violence tend to rise and fall throughout history. If history is taken as a lesson, reliance on gun control, in the forms of registration of ownership. and limiting of the types of arms and ammunitions, has caused more deaths than it has ever prevented. People are focused on the now. The collective memory of a civilization is very short. I have heard the number 3 years suggested as the average duration of recall for the ordinary person. Sometimes it is more, sometimes less. I really don't know. I only know that it is shorter than it should be. Each successive generation appears to feel as if they have moved beyond the influence of the problems of their forebears, in a poorly defined and mentally retarded concept called 'progress'. There is no such thing as progress. Man is a bit like a hamster in a cage. Eventually he always comes full circle. No matter how hard he runs, he's never going to get anywhere, until he learns to step off the damned wheel. It's the same dance, just a different tune. The problems of gun control are best understood, if we break down the topic into its main lines of force. First we will need to talk about the 'now', that is the context of the current discussion. Next, we will need to talk about the 'past', what has been tried before, finally we will need to talk about the 'then', what we can reasonably assume will be the eventual outcome. Civilizations can be generalized and described by their fixations, what is prominently displayed, usually in their art and laws. We can say that a certain civilization was a culture of luxury, or epicureanism, greed, or in our present case, one of violence.
President Obama, wiping a non existent tear over the Sandy Hoax massacre. Upbeat demeanor and bad acting suggest Sandy Hook was sold to participants as a training exercise. The ensuing controversy over whether a massacre actually took place, may be intended to create confusion and division. James Tracy, a tenured professor from Florida Atlantic University, is suggesting the deaths at Sandy Hook may have resulted from a training exercise. Tracy says that "crisis actors" may have been employed in a conspiracy to shape public opinion in favor of gun control. No, these mass shootings are not about taking away your AK 47 hunting rifle. Tracy probably got the idea from the "leaked" Pottawattamie County, Iowa Emergency Management Agency document, Operation Closed Campus Exercise Plan (Ex Plan). This describes a DHS approved drill such as Sandy Hook. Where are the bodies or photos of bodies, or crime scene photos? What about a surveillance video or still images from the scene, or a timeline that makes some sense? Look at this screen shot showing a blog post from the YouCaring.com charity website for December 10, now removed. You can find more images with the Google time stamp archived at Photos: Sandy Hook smoking guns, emerge or click here if the article was "removed" to protect National Security. The United Way victim's fundraising website page was created and titled specifically for the Sandy Hook shootings. All the dates are either around a month, or a couple of days prior to the actual shooting in the once tranquil suburban Newtown on December 14, 2012. My question is, why CNN, one of the six companies that control the media, would let Anderson Cooper or Ben Swann question whether "the Sandy Hook shooting ever took place, at least in the way law enforcement authorities, and the nation's news media have described." Fox News broadcast journalist Ben Swann, is calling for the release of the outside video to the school, where Lanza entered the building. These rampage killings are either full scale Department of Homeland Security planned drills with "crisis actors," staged MK-Ultra "false flag" events, or the latest episode of Assassination TV for aliens living on the planet Mars. Operation Rampage Killing. Do you really believe all that free band-width exists in the world so that you can watch Robbie Parker get into his acting mode, before he gives his "B" performance as a grieving parent? Do you hear him saying "do you want me to read the cards?" Or what about the Associated Press/Newsday, and the New York Daily News articles, with conflicting accounts on what really happened at Sandy Hook? December 15 AP reports: "Only the rifle was used on the victims." A statement supported by Dr. H. Wayne Carver II, Connecticut State's chief medical examiner. Carver's examination found that of the "seven autopsies he personally performed on Sandy Hook victims," all of them had "three to 11 wounds a peace." Carver says that the gunman was able to reload so quickly, because he used a "military style rifle rigged with two "taped magazines." However, later the New York Daily News reports, that of the "three guns Adam Lanza is supposed to have brought to the school, "the rifle was left in the trunk."
Planting false information on Facebook. On November 22, 2012, the Los Angeles Times published an alarming piece of news entitled Cyber Corps program trains spies for the digital age. The cyber warriors who are headed for organizations such as the CIA, NSC, FBI, the Pentagon, and so on, are trained to stalk, rifle through trash, sneak a tracking device on cars and plant false information on Facebook. They also are taught to write computer viruses, hack digital networks, crack passwords, plant listening devices and mine data from broken cellphones and flash drives. Not surprisingly, less than a month later, it was rumored that Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei had started a Facebook page. The style and content of the site ruled out its authenticity, but the State Department was amused. In spite of the potential for alarm, State Department Spokeswoman Victoria Nuland jokingly expressed Washington's curiosity to see how many "likes" Khamenei would receive. This is no joking matter. Any message on this page would be attributed to Khamenei, with a potential for dangerous ramifications. Barely a month later, on January 24, 2013, Guardian's blaring headlines exposed fake blogs and Facebook pages made for BBC Persians Iranian journalists, with claims that were made in order to harass, intimidate, and discredit the journalists. These fake blogs, according to The Guardian charges, are not by the American Cyber Corps warriors, but are alleged to be the creation of the Iranian Islamic cyber activists, in what appears to be an operation sponsored by the authorities. While truth is the first casualty of war, journalists are also fair game, thanks in large part owing to the provisions of the Information Operations Road Map of 2003, signed by the then Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and pursued by Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, as part of the plan, public affairs officers brief journalists. In 2005, it came to light that the Pentagon paid the Lincoln Group, a private company, to plant hundreds of stories in Iraqi papers in support of US Policies. The plan also called for a range of technologies to disseminate propaganda in enemy territory, unmanned aerial vehicles, miniaturized scatterable public public address systems, wireless devices, cellular phones and the internet.
Rube Goldberg meets Carbon Caps L-W Climate Security Act, S.2191. A $14 Trillion Extortion for a Global Warming Scam. Veterans megalomania cal threat from the financial globalists wants to saddle the world economy with a cost of trillions of dollars, that benefits favorite corporatist's. The phony global warming cult has a core purpose. Their objective is to drive down the standard of living for non elites, and prevent the use of fossil fuel energy. The fallacious science used to create a disinformation scare for politically unsophisticated "True Believers" is a direct result of transnational money manipulators. The Davos crowd sponsors the educational and media institutions that trump up junk research, and manufacture idealistic solutions. Make no mistake about it, the Davos Elites Enjoy the Global Depression, and love corporate welfare. They greatly profit from government subsidized "Green" ventures, which drive up energy costs and line the pockets of compadre companies, under the control of the financial barons. As the rest of us struggle to survive, pronouncements declare an ever greater burden to bear. Note the ominous future in Davos Report Calls For Additional $14 Trillion To Restrain Global Warming. "The world must spend an additional $14 Trillion To Restrain Global Warming. "The world must spend an additional $14 trillion on clean energy infra-stracture, low carbon transport, and energy efficiency to meet the United Nations' goal for capping the rise in average global temperatures, according to a World Economic Forum report released on Monday." Former Mexican President Felipe Calderon states the globalist viewpoint. "Economic growth and sustainability are inter dependent, you cannot have one without the other, and greening investment is the prerequisite to realizing both goals." What can be expected from these "greening investment" projects? In order to anticipate future plans, a comprehensive understanding of the past and present, shady business practices is crucial. Examine the industrial wind and solar model in detail. The Washington Post reports in, Sting operations reveal Mafia involvement in renewable energy, is just the tip of the iceberg.
of the Nation's Police to harsh enemy of law enforcement. As it became more unwilling to compromise over even minor gun controls, the NRA is now on the bad side of the police. For years, the National Rifle Association cultivated a reputation as an unbeatable political powerhouse, a legacy that was challenged on Thursday, with the introduction of major new gun control legislation in the US Senate, banning more than 100 military style guns, but the NRA's tough reputation unwinds, if one delves into the history behind its harshest rhetoric, which began in the 1970s and escalated as former allies, notably America's police, rejected its increasingly militant demands. What today's NRA would like to forget, is how its unbending extremism led to a losing streak in Congress two decades ago, a period whose gun politics echo today, but gun controls nevertheless passed. Perhaps the best way to understand how the NRA is not the all powerful lobby it seeks to portray itself, as is to look at how the organization went from being a "best friend" of the nation's police, to a political enemy of law enforcement, from federal agents at the top of the ladder, to local police chiefs and police unions below. As it became more outspoken and unwilling to compromise over insignificant gun controls, it became the group it remains today, vainly claiming to be the last line against impending government tyranny. "Once you go down that road, how do you walk that rhetoric back?" said Robert Spitzer, a gun rights historian and SUNY Cortland's political science department chairman. "Obama wants to turn the idea of absolutism into a dirty word," NRA executive director Wayne LaPierre said in a speech to Nevada hunters on Tuesday, responding to Monday's inaugural address, in which the president chastised groups like the NRA for their unending hyperbole and vitriol. "He wants to put every private, personal firearms transaction right under the thumb of the federal government, and anyone who says that's excessive, President Obama says that's an absolutist." In the heat of today's political fights, where excessive emotion, exaggerated threats and hyperbole are routine, it's easily forgotten that the NRA once stood with government. For much of its 143 year history, the NRA's survival depended on a cozy relationship with the government. It relied on state subsidies at its founding, and then federal subsidies for marksmanship contests for generations. The US military provided free guns, or sold them at cost to NRA members for decades. Thousands of soldiers helped run annual shooting contests. Local police departments turned to the NRA for training.
Against the Palestinians: In direct reaction to Israel provoking the Al Aqsa Intifada, on October 19, 2000, the then United Nations Human Rights Commission condemned Israel for inflicting war crimes and crimes against humanity upon the Palestinian people, some of whom are Christians, but most of whom are Muslims. This Special Session of the UN Commission on Human Rights, adopted the Resolution set forth in UN Document E/CN.4/S-5L. 2/Rev.1, Condemning the provocative visit to Al Haram Al Shariff on 28 September 2000 by Ariel Sharon, the Likud party leader, which triggered the tragic events, that followed in occupied East Jerusalem, and the other occupied Palestinian territories, resulting in a high number of deaths and injuries among Palestinian civilians. The UN Human Rights Commission said it was gravely concerned about several different types of atrocities inflicted by Israel upon the Palestinian civilians. The UN Human Rights Commission said it was gravely concerned about several different types of atrocities inflicted by Israel upon the Palestinian people, which it denominated war crimes, flagrant violations of international humanitarian law, and crimes against humanity. In operative paragraph 1 of its 19 October 2000 Resolution, the UN Human Rights Commission then: Strongly condemns the disproportionate and indiscriminate use of force, in violation of international humanitarian law by the Israeli occupying Power against innocent and unarmed Palestinian civilians, including many children, in the occupied territories, which constitutes a war crime, and a crime against humanity. In paragraph 5 of its 19 October 2000 Resolution, the UN Human Rights Commission Also affirms that the deliberate and systematic killing of civilians and children, by the Israeli occupying authorities constitutes a flagrant and grave violation of the right to life, and also constitutes a crime against humanity. Article 68 of the United Nations Charter had expressly required the UN's Economic and Social Council to set up this UN Commission for the promotion of human rights. This was its UN Charter mandated job. The reader has a general idea of what a war crime is, so I am not going to elaborate upon that term here, but there are different degrees of heinousness for war crimes. In particular are the more serious war crimes denominated grave breaches of the Fourth Geneva Convention. Since the outbreak of the first Intifada in 1987, the world has seen those heinous war crimes inflicted every day by Israel, against the Palestinian people living in occupied Palestine: including willful killing of Palestinians by the Israeli army, and by Israels criminal paramilitary terrorist settlers.
Worrying and Love the Israeli Bomb! "Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets". Matthew 7:12. In the summer of 2012, Netanyahu declared in the Jerusalem Post, that Iran "must cease all uranium enrichment in the country, that it transfer all enriched uranium out of the country, and that it disassemble its underground nuclear facilities." Two years earlier, when talks began to circulate that the Middle East must be free of nuclear weapons, Benjamin Netanyahu tried to block any practical measures on Israel's nuclear programs. Of course, as usual, the US yielded to Israel's command: "The US administration announced after the conference ended late last week, that it would not support an international conference on a nuclear weapon free Middle East, without coordinating with Israel. Israel said Saturday that it has no intention to fulfill the decision of the Review Conference to the NPT (Non Proliferation Treaty), which calls on it to allow international inspection at its nuclear installations." A statement from the Prime Minister's bureau declared in part: "The real problem with weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East does not relate to Israel, but to those countries that have signed the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty (NPT), and brazenly violated it: Iraq under Saddam, Libya, Syria and Iran." Even by December 2012, the UN asked Israel for just an inspection of its nuclear weapons, which is consistent with the Non Proliferation Treaty, but Israel again refused to do so. In other words, every country in the Middle East should be free of weapons of mass destruction, but Israel, because of course, they have no bad intentions. What was even more hilarious, was that neither Bush nor Obama "foresaw" that this would create problems with the Muslims in the Middle East. Israeli philosopher and historian Avner Cohen bluntly stated, "Were we to believe in mutual nuclear deterrence, we would be able to see that a nuclear Iran is something that can be lived with." Despite all this, the United States continues to offer blind support to Israel. One hour after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with President Obama, in the middle of a series of conflicts between US and Israel, the Obama administration released a message defending Israel's nuclear installations, and saying that "only Israel can determine its security needs."
that justify Hillary Clinton's Anger: 1. Republican senators keep saying that it should have been "easy" to find out what happened on September 11, 2012, by simply debriefing US personnel who had been there. John McCain, Ron Johnson and the others, who make this charge, are the most cynical and manipulative people in the world. The Benghazi US mission was very clearly an operation of the Central Intelligence Agency, and that is the reason that the Obama administration officials have never been able to speak frankly and publicly about it. McCain and the others know this quite well, and they know that their public carping cannot be "simply" answered, because the answers would endanger sources and methods. The consulate was amazingly well guarded by some 40 CIA operatives, many of them ex special forces, in a nearby safe house. These were viewed by consular officials as "the cavalry." It is still not clear what Ambassador Chris Stevens and the CIA were doing in Benghazi, and unless we know that, we can't know why they were attacked. They were not overseeing the shipping of weapons to Syria. The Syrian revolutionaries complain bitterly that the US "prevents" them from getting medium and heavy weapons. Republicans keep posturing that their questions about Benghazi are intended to bolster US security. In fact, they are harming it. Republican hearings in the House of Representatives have disgracefully revealed the names if Libyans talking to the US consulate, thus endangering their lives, and harming US efforts to understand the situation in the country, since who would risk talking to the embassy, if they know about Darrell Issa's big mouth? The GOP figures keep saying, that it was obvious that there was no demonstration at the Benghazi consulate against the so called "film," the 'Innocence of Muslims' that attacked the Prophet Muhammad, but in fact Libyan security officials repeatedly told wire services on September 12, that there was such a demonstration, and that the attack issued from those quarters. An American resident in Benghazi at that time confirms that there were such demonstrations that day. The secular minded revolutionary militia that guarded the US consulate gates, that they would not have shown up in security videos. Benghazi, a city of over a million, is not dominated by "al Qaeda," contrary to what Senator Graham of South Carolina has repeatedly said or implied. The city had successful municipal elections in May, just before I got there. The number one vote getter was a woman professor of statistics at the university.
High Profile Citizen. Should you leave the US and renounce your citizenship? Many Americans ponder this question, as the benefits begin to outweigh the costs. Some of those benefits are lower taxes, lower administrative costs, and even getting away from bad governance and cultural stresses. But what about patriotism? How far would you go? Or is Nationalism just for the modern day peasant populations to adhere to, while the rich just do what's in their best interest? Take the case of Tina Turner, the 73 year old American born singer, whose career has spanned more than half a century. She has lived in Switzerland since the mid 1990s, and was officially granted citizenship by the Swiss government on Friday. The Tennessee native, who was born Anna Mae Bullock, plans to surrender her US passport, once she receives her Swiss one. The local Swiss council's decision still requires formal approval from cantonal and federal authorities. Turner resides in the Zurich suburb of Kuesnacht, where she has lived in a lake house called Chateau Algonquin since 1995. She has been in a relationship with German music executive Erwin Bach, since 1986, and moved to the Zurich suburb to be with him, after his job sent him to Switzerland. Although the eight time Grammy Awards winner has other residences in London, Cologne, Germany and the French Riviera, she chose to live in Switzerland for 20 years, and applied for citizenship in early 2013. "I'm very happy in Switzerland, and feel at home here. I cannot imagine a better place to live," she told the Swiss newspaper Blick. The pop star has been learning German for years, and told the local paper that loves the country's cleanliness, the countryside, and its people. She said she also enjoys the privacy she experiences while living in Switzerland, but her home state in the US appears less enthusiastic about the decision. The mayor of Brownsville, Tenn., said she was "surprised" to hear about Turner's decision to give up her US citizenship, and said it might be time to think about why someone would do that: "I think anytime a person, whether they're world renowned or the most meek and mild, makes a decision to change their citizenship, we need to step back and think what causes that decision, " Mayor Jo Matherne told FOX411. But even though the mayor expressed concern about the singer's US abandonment, she said Turner still keeps in contact with her hometown.
Chutzpah defined! Some of us do not believe what our politicians say, especially when the subject is Isreal's behavior, its ongoing colonization of the occupied West Bank, for the purpose of making peace impossible, except perhaps, on terms which require the Palestinians to surrender to Zionism's will. The responses of some Jewish supporters of Israel, right or wrong, to one British MP, who did dare to tell the truth, illustrate why most politicians throughout the Western world won't. That's yesterday's story, but I am driven to comment by the hypocrisy on display, hypocrisy which takes chutzpah to wild extremes. For those readers who might not be fully familiar with chutzpah, let's begin with a definition of it. Chutzpah is a Talmudic word that means many similar things, chief among them being shameless audacity, impudence and arrogance, each and all laced with incredible self righteousness. In the context of the conflict in and over Palestine, that became Israel, chutzpah represents an Israeli way of saying to the world, without actually saying it something like: "We know we shouldn't have done this. We know it's wrong. But we've done it because we also know there's nothing you can do about it." As I say in my book on Zionism: The Real Enemy of the Jews, if there is one single word that sums up the whole Zionist enterprise, it is chutzpah. Sunday 27 January is Holocaust Memorial Day, and this year marks the 68th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp, where more than one million people, mostly Jews, died. As this day approached, the Holocaust Educational Trust placed a Book of Commitment in the House of Commons, to give MP's the chance to sign it, and honor those who were slaughtered during the Nazi holocaust and subsequent other genocides, and commit themselves to encouraging constituents "to work together to combat prejudice and racism today." Among those who signed the book, and pledged his commitment - I'd be somewhat surprised if there were a single available MP who didn't sign, was David Ward, the Liberal Democratic member for Bradford East, a 59 year old new comer to the House, elected in 2010. On his web site he then said this: Having visited Auschwitz twice, once with my family, and once with local schools, I am saddened that the Jews, who suffered unbelievably levels of persecution during the Holocaust, could, within a few years of liberation from the death camps, be inflicting atrocities on Palestinians in the new State of Israel, and continue to do so on a daily basis in the West Bank and Gaza.
