Bush Effigy Burned in Baghdad

This Bush effigy was humiliated and burned in the same Baghdad square where Sadam Hussein's giant statue was once humiliated and destroyed.
According to Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, the "security" deal offered by the United States is a surrender to the U.S. interests.
Al-Sadr is calling the U.S. the enemy of Islam.

Mikheil Saaskashvili

There's the little turd who almost started a "NUQULAR" war, leading to the total destruction of all civilized life. Mark the name well, and let's put him on our shit list. Instead of giving him foreign aid, let's kidnap him and confine him to a secure insane asylum.

Both the Russians and Americans, but also all of the nations of the world will sleep better!

It's the humane thing to do.

Please click on the heading (The turd's name, to read the full story in the New York Times!) Curiously, his first name is spelled "Mikheil", as in "Sieg Heil", one of the favorite sayings of our old Fuehrer.

Vo Nguyen Giap Predicts US Defeat in Iraq

Famous last words: "All nations fighting for their legitimate interests and sovereignty will surely win."
General Giap emphasized that that the major powers of today should not underestimate weaker countries' desire for independence.
"Vietnam proves that if a nation is determined to stand up, it is very strong. We are very proud that Vietnam was the first colony that could stand up and gain independence on its own with the victory at Dien Bien Phu."
Giap mistakenly believes that he "liberated" South Vietnam, but Truong Nhu Tang, the former Minister of Justice, writing in his book: A Vietcong Memoir, proves him wrong, by fleeing the "liberated" country in disillusionment and despair. He now lives in exile in Paris, the highest level official to have defected from Vietnam to the West.
The country had been partitioned when I fought there, and the war lasted until April 30, 1975, when Saigon, capital of South Vietnam, fell to communist forces.

Our doubtful "Ally's" Lies !

Five weeks after the war in the Caucasus, the mood is shifting against Georgian President Saakashvili. Some Western intelligence reports have undermined Tblisi's version of events, and there are now calls on both sides of the Atlantic for an independent investigation.
As one of my friends told me: "If you go to bed with dogs, you get fleas."
Unfortunately, Republican presidential candidate John McCain, whom I will be voting for in the upcoming national election, had declared "Today, we are all Georgians!" without checking the facts in this case. John, if you really want my vote, check your facts, before you get us all into a "Nuqular" war, as your buddy Bush likes to mispronounce it. Do some homework, and don't go half-cocked any more.
Thanks, Wolfgang

Obama Talks Tough About Afghanistan: Reality Check!

It was the Surge That Failed
Here is the reality of what is happening in Afghanistan, as reported by a man who knows the area intimately.
Decades from now, Obama will begin to realize that more troops merely mean more targets for Taliban fighters and suicide bombers, and a never-ending cycle of a rising civilian and our military's death toll and no jobs, no hope for the people who live in that desolate country.
War without end, war without hope of victory.
Don't vote for Obama - He has no idea what is going on in this world.

Iran Helped on al-Qaida

We OWE this man! After the 9/11 attack, Iran rounded up hundreds of Arabs who had crossed the border from Afghanistan, expelled many of them and made copies of nearly 300 of their passports, a former Bush administration official said Tuesday.

Copies were sent to Kofi Anan, who passed them on to the United States, while U.S. interrogators were given a chance by Iran to question some of the detainees.

Putin calls for changing the International Financial System

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, in a meeting with French Prime Minister Francois Fillon, has called for substantial changes in the international financial system: "We all need to think about changing the architecture of international finances and diversifying risks. The whole world cannot depend on one money-printing machine," Putin said at the final press conference after a meeting of the Russian-French bilateral commission.
