3,000 Tons of "ammunition" are on their way from the United States to Israel, according to an article by Michel Chossudovsky on Global Research. Analysts have concluded that the 2 shipments of ammunition were intended to supply Israel's armed forces in support of its military invasion of Gaza.
Delivery of ordinance always precedes the onslaught of a military operation. The ordinance required under "Operation Cast Lead" was decided upon in June 2008. Included will be 1,000 bunker-buster high precision GPS-guided Small Diameter Guided Bomb Units 39 (GBU-39). These were delivered to Israel in November, and were used in the initial raids on Gaza.
Whatever the nature of these shipments, they point to a substantial escalation scenario - are they part of a broader military adventure against Lebanon, Syria and Iran?
