The American "Art" of War

Sadly, war is now, and for the foreseeable future, the American Way of Life. Carl Boggs has done our troubled world an outstanding favor by writing his book: "War and Empire: Rogue Superpower and World Domination, while Paul Rogers has written: "Losing Control: Global Security in the 21st Century, London: Pluto Press, 201o.
Please click on the title of this post to read all of the relevant details: "Collateral Damage", "Humanitarian" Warfare. "Client-state outlawry". "Perpetual War". (He must have meant "for perpetual peace" to be true to the predictions of George Orwell. Perhaps we can study this "Perpetual Peace" thing a little more detail, to find out what "George" really meant! Of course, the word "Humanitarian" warfare is an oxymoron, just like our new President, who was given a "Nobel Peace" Prize by the idiotic Nobel Committee for prolonging another war unnecessarily. In response, a car service station in our Metro Area put a sign up outside their building: "Nobel Peace Prize with Oil Change". I suspect they must have attracted a lot of business in that manner.
